I had so much fun making my Christmas Tree Cake Truffles recently, and after how good they turned out, I couldn’t resist trying another Little Debbie Christmas Tree Cake recipe It’s really similar to the version on the Little Debbie website, but I like to use a little less milk so the texture stays nice and thick.

Sweet dips have become one of my favorite holiday desserts to make. My Gingerbread Dip is another of my favorites, but this one might take the top spot on my dessert table. It’s festive, easy to make, and perfect with cookies, fruit, or even Archway Gingerbread Men for dipping.

  • Chocolate version – Swap the classic cakes for Little Debbie Chocolate Christmas Tree Cakes for a richer flavor.
  • Thinner texture – Add a small amount of extra milk if you like a looser, more dippable consistency.
  • No sprinkles – Skip the sanding sugar or sprinkles if you don’t have any; the dip still looks festive without them.

Tips for Success

  • Soften the cream cheese – Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened so it blends smoothly without lumps.
  • Use fresh snack cakes – Fresher cakes have a softer texture, which helps the dip blend evenly.
  • Add sprinkles before serving – Sprinkle the sanding sugar just before serving to stop the color from bleeding into the dip.
