Easy Peanut Butter Dessert Dip
I love having easy dessert dips in the fridge that I can make ahead and serve whenever we need something sweet. This Peanut Butter Fluff fits right in with my Gingerbread Dip andOreo Pudding Fluff because it’s so simple to make.
One of my favorite things about dessert dips is how many dippers you can serve alongside them, so everyone can choose what they like. I almost always set out Nutter Butters because adding even more peanut butter flavor is always a good idea!
As for the Reese’s minis, they’re technically optional, but I rarely leave them out. Peanut butter and chocolate have always been one of my favorite combinations, which is exactly why I paired them together in my Peanut Butter Cup Cookies too.

Ingredients
- Cream cheese – Gives the dip structure and a slight tang that balances the sweetness.
- Peanut butter – Brings rich peanut butter flavor and ensures a smooth, stable consistency.
- Marshmallow creme (Marshmallow Fluff) – Adds sweetness and helps create the fluffy texture. .
- Whipped topping (Cool Whip) – Lightens the mixture and keeps the dip soft and airy.
- Reese’s Minis – Add small bites of chocolate and peanut butter throughout the dip.
How to Make Peanut Butter Marshmallow Fluff
- Beat cream cheese and peanut butter – In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and no-stir peanut butter together with a hand mixer until smooth and fully combined.
- Add marshmallow creme – Beat in the marshmallow creme until the mixture is creamy and uniform.
- Fold in whipped topping – Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until no streaks remain and the dip is light and fluffy.
- Stir in Reese’s minis – Fold in the halved Reese’s Minis until evenly distributed throughout the dip.
- Serve – Serve right away or refrigerate for a thicker texture.

Variations and Substitutions
- Use homemade whipped cream – Replace the whipped topping with 3 cups of freshly whipped cream. Beat 1 ½ cups heavy cream with powdered sugar and a splash of vanilla until stiff peaks form.
- Skip the chocolate – Leave out the Reese’s Minis for a classic Peanut Butter Marshmallow Fluff without added mix-ins.
- Use mini chocolate chips – Swap the candy for mini chocolate chips for smaller bites throughout the dip.
- Try crunchy peanut butter – Replace creamy peanut butter with crunchy for added texture.
- Fold in crushed cookies – Stir in chopped Nutter Butters or chocolate sandwich cookies for added crunch.

Tips for Success
- Soften the cream cheese fully – Let the cream cheese sit at room temperature until soft so it blends smoothly without lumps.
- Use no-stir peanut butter – Avoid natural peanut butter with separated oil, which can make the dip greasy and affect the texture.
- Beat the base well – Thoroughly beat the cream cheese and peanut butter together before adding the marshmallow creme to ensure a smooth foundation.
- Fold gently – Stir in the whipped topping carefully to keep the dip light and fluffy.

- 1 cup no-stir creamy peanut butter (like Jif or Skippy)
- 1 (7-ounce) tub marshmallow creme
- 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping, thawed (Cool Whip)
- 1 (8-ounce) bag Reese's minis, cut in half (optional)
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and peanut butter together until smooth and fully combined.
- Add the marshmallow creme and beat until the mixture is creamy and uniform.
- Fold in the whipped topping until no streaks remain, and the dip is light and fluffy.
- Stir in the halved Reese’s minis until evenly distributed.
- Serve right away or refrigerate for a thicker texture.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days. Stir gently before serving if it has been sitting for several hours. Keep it chilled until ready to serve since the whipped topping softens at room temperature.

- Be sure to use brick-style cream cheese, not the spreadable tub variety, for proper texture.
- Use no-stir creamy peanut butter, not natural peanut butter with separated oil.
