Pot of Gold Cookies

These whimsical Pot of Gold cookies are a St. Patrick's Day delight! Easy cake mix cookies topped with homemade buttercream and topped with an edible pot of gold at the end of a rainbow. 

INGREDIENTS Yellow Cake Mix Canola Oil Eggs Butter Powdered Sugar Vanilla Salt Milk Food Color Miniature Reese's Cups Gold Confetti Sprinkles Green Sanding Sugar Rainbow Belts


Make and bake the cake mix cookies.


Make the frosting. Color 1/4 cup gold and the rest green. 


Turn the Miniature Reese's cups into pots of gold.


Frost the cookies, add the pot of gold and rainbow and enjoy!
