This Orange Fluff Salad is a creamy, citrusy mix of mandarin oranges, orange Jello, vanilla pudding, and whipped topping. It’s a simple, one-bowl dessert that’s light, sweet, and easy to make.

Ingredients
  

  • 2 (15-ounce) cans mandarin oranges drained, and ½ cup juice reserved
  • 1 cup boiling water
  • 1 (3-ounce) box orange Jello dry mix only
  • 1 (3.4-ounce) box instant vanilla pudding dry mix only
  • 1 (8-ounce) tub whipped topping thawed (Cool Whip)
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows

Instructions
 

  • In a large bowl, dissolve the orange Jello in the boiling water.
  • Stir in ½ cup of the reserved mandarin orange juice and let the mixture cool to room temperature.
  • Whisk in the dry vanilla pudding mix until smooth and slightly thickened.
  • Gently fold in the thawed whipped topping until fully combined.
  • Add the drained mandarin oranges and mini marshmallows, and stir until evenly mixed.
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes

  • Use ½ cup cold water if you forget to reserve the mandarin juice.
  • Store covered in the refrigerator for up to 3 days. Stir gently before serving if any separation occurs.
  • Freezing is not recommended. Freezing will alter the texture and cause the whipped topping and pudding to break down, so it's best enjoyed fresh from the fridge.
