Ingredients

  • 12 pretzel sticks
  • 4 sprigs fresh rosemary
  • 1 cup Monterey Jack cheese cubed
  • 1 cup feta stuffed olives
  • 2 ounces prosciutto
  • 2/3 cup yellow cheddar cubed
  • 1/2 cup fresh raspberries
  • 1/2 cup perlini mozzarella balls drained
  • 2 ounces salami
  • 1/4 cup blue moon cheddar
  • 2 slices medium cheddar cut into stars
  • cranberries for garnish

Instructions

  • Create a trunk at the bottom center of the board using pretzel sticks.
  • Place rosemary sprigs horizontally above the pretzels to establish the tree's base.
  • Layer the ingredients in rows above the rosemary, gradually decreasing the length of each row to shape the charcuterie into a triangular tree.
  • Finish by topping the tree with a cheese star and garnishing with cranberries and additional rosemary sprigs.

Notes

  • The quantities above serve as a guide for a 4-6 serving charcuterie tree. Adjust the quantities and ingredients to fit your guest count and personal preferences.
  • If you're assembling the board ahead of time, cover it tightly with plastic wrap and store in the refrigerator for up to 4 hours. Add crackers, pretzels, and any cut fruit right before serving to keep everything fresh and crisp.
  • Leftovers can be stored in separate airtight containers for 1–2 days, though softer cheeses and cut fruit are best enjoyed the same day.
