Ingredients

  • 1 (11 ounce) bag high-quality white chocolate I used Ghirardelli
  • 1/2 cup red candy melts
  • 1/2 cup pink candy melts
  • 1/2 cup Cupid Mix M&Ms
  • 2 tablespoons Valentine’s sprinkles

Instructions

  • Line a 9x13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  • In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
  • Melt the red and pink candy melts separately according to the package directions.
  • Pour the melted white chocolate into the prepared pan and spread it into an even layer.
  • Drop spoonfuls of the melted red and pink candy melts over the white chocolate, then use a toothpick or wooden skewer to swirl them together for a marbled effect.
  • Sprinkle the Cupid Mix M&Ms and sprinkles over the top while the chocolate is still soft, pressing them down slightly to help them stick.
  • Let the bark set at room temperature or refrigerate for 15–20 minutes until firm.
  • Once set, break the bark into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for 4-5 days, or in the refrigerator for up to two weeks. Note that if storing in the fridge, the M&Ms may develop a cloudy appearance, but the bark will still be fine to eat.
  • The bark can be frozen in an airtight container or freezer bag for up to three months. Thaw at room temperature before enjoying.
